We have links to the park rules and Terms of Service below. We would appreciate it if you read over both of these documents before submitting a request to stay at Yeager Creek. All long-term guests will be required to accept the Terms of Service on the Campspot reservation.

Monthly Stays

50/30/20 amp Sites

$575-650 per month
Electricity usage is billed monthly in addition to the slip fees.

Amenities: Gated access, 24/7 use of park clubhouse, miles of walking trails to explore, private showers and bathrooms, coin laundry facility, community events, water, sewer and electric hook ups, community fire pits and picnic tables.

Yeager Creek Longterm Stay Frequently Asked Questions

  • We do not enforce age restrictions on RVs at Yeager Creek; however, RVs must be in good condition upon arrival and remain tidy, in good condition, and well maintained while on the property. Absolutely no exceptions for window AC units, broken windows, exposed siding, mold, exterior damage on RVs of any age.

  • Well-behaved and leashed dogs are welcome on the property. Pet owners must have control over their dogs at all times and be respectful to the community and neighbors. Dogs are not permitted inside campground buildings.

  • Packages are able to be received at Yeager Creek RV Resort. Each delivery service provider delivers packages differently and therefore Yeager Creek is not responsible for the secure delivery of your packages.

    Residential mail service is not available at Yeager Creek. If you need mail delivered somewhere we recommend setting up a PO Box with the Johnson City or Dripping Springs Post Office.

  • Well-behaved children of all ages are welcome on the premises with continuous adult supervision.

    Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian who is responsible for them and their behavior at all times (including in areas such as, but not limited to, the clubhouse, restrooms, showers, laundry room, walking trails, fire pits, or elsewhere on the property).

    THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR ADEQUATE SUPERVISION.

  • Two vehicles are permitted per site, and both must be registered with the Park. Additional vehicles must receive Yeager Creek RV Park permission. Extra vehicles that do not fit on the gravel pad of the RV spot must park in the extra parking spaces around the park.

  • Yes, there is a one-time $150 non-refundable fee for monthly stays. RV spots can be booked and fees paid via our reservation system which you can find by following the “book now” button in our header!

  • We require background checks and previous rental references for all long term guests.
